Mr. Pruden serves as Treasurer of the CSPI Board of Directors.
Terry Pruden joined Regions to lead the New Private Banking Group in 2005.
He is a Trustee of the Mid America Arts Alliance.

He is the prior Chairman of The El Paso Symphony board and Chairman of the United Way of El Paso.

Mr. Pruden is a leader in the financial services industry and is primarily involved in commercial, private, trust and real estate banking. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Regions Bank River Oaks in Houston, Texas. Terry joined Regions to lead the New Private Banking Group there in 2005. Pruden was a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Wealth and Institutional Management at Comerica Bank Houston-Texas Division, recruited there in 2002 to manage associates involved in private banking throughout the South Texas Region. He was named Regional Manager for New Wealth and Institutional Management Group for South Texas in 2004, with responsibility for private banking, personal and institutional trusts, Comerica insurance products, and Comerica Securities.

Mr. Prudent joined Comerica after establishing the Houston Trust office for Morgan Keegan, where he was an Executive Vice President. Prior to his financial experience in Houston, Terry was President of Texas Commerce Bank in El Paso. He began his banking career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

In addition to his position as Treasure of the CSPI Board of Directors, Terry is a Trustee of the Mid America Arts Alliance. He has served on the boards of the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Museum of Natural Science. He is the prior Chairman of The El Paso Symphony board and Chairman of the United Way of El Paso.

Mr. Pruden received his Masters of Business Administration at Northwestern University, and his bachelors of business administration at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.

He has been married 32 years to Nancy Paris Pruden and is the father of two Children, ages 28 and 24.
